Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ZinAIStudio ("the Service", "we", "us", "our") at zinaistudio.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement between you and ZinAIStudio regarding your use of the Service.
Section 02
The Service
ZinAIStudio is an AI-powered video generation platform that allows you to:
- Upload audio files and have them automatically transcribed into text segments
- Enter written scripts or sentences to generate video content
- Match your content with stock footage clips automatically using AI
- Generate professional MP4 videos with synchronized subtitles
- Edit, re-render, and download your generated videos
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
Section 03
Your Account
To use ZinAIStudio, you must create an account either with an email address and password or via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:
- Account security — keeping your login credentials confidential and secure
- Account activity — all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you
- Accurate information — providing truthful, current, and complete information during registration
- Prompt notification — notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
You may not create more than one account per person. We reserve the right to terminate duplicate accounts or accounts created with inaccurate information.
Section 04
Your Content
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to ZinAIStudio, including audio files, scripts, and written text ("Your Content"). By uploading content to our Service, you grant ZinAIStudio a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own Your Content or have the legal right to use and upload it
- Your Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- Your Content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations
- You have obtained all necessary permissions for any third-party material in Your Content
You are solely responsible for the content you upload. ZinAIStudio does not review content before processing. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
Regarding videos generated by ZinAIStudio using stock footage from third-party providers: the stock clips are licensed for use under the respective provider's license terms. Generated videos are for personal and commercial use subject to those license terms. Review the applicable stock footage license before distributing your generated videos commercially.
Section 05
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ZinAIStudio to:
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
- Generate videos designed to spread misinformation, deepfakes, or non-consensual content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Upload content that contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform or servers
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without our written permission
- Resell or redistribute access to ZinAIStudio without authorization
- Generate content that could be used for harassment, discrimination, or harm to individuals
Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund.
Section 06
Intellectual Property
ZinAIStudio's property: The ZinAIStudio platform, including its design, software, algorithms, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by ZinAIStudio and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without explicit written permission.
Your generated videos: Videos generated by you using ZinAIStudio are yours to use, subject to:
- The license terms of any stock footage used in the video (sourced from third-party providers)
- The license terms covering any music, effects, or other assets incorporated
- These Terms of Service
ZinAIStudio does not claim ownership of the videos you generate using your own content and scripts.
Section 07
Payments & Plans
ZinAIStudio may offer free and paid subscription plans. For paid plans:
- Billing — subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle
- Cancellation — you may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
- Refunds — we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refunds are not provided after 7 days except where required by law
- Price changes — we will give at least 30 days' notice before changing subscription prices
- Taxes — prices shown may exclude applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout
Free plan users are subject to usage limits (video count, resolution, exports per month). These limits are displayed on the pricing page and may change with notice.
Section 08
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of ZinAIStudio, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible)
- Emergency repairs or updates
- Circumstances beyond our control (internet disruptions, third-party outages, etc.)
Video processing is performed asynchronously and may take variable amounts of time depending on length, complexity, and server load. We do not guarantee specific processing times.
Section 09
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Warranties regarding the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content
- Warranties that videos will be suitable for any particular commercial use
AI-generated content (transcriptions, scene matching, subtitle generation) may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before use.
Section 10
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZinAIStudio shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Damages resulting from the conduct of any third party using the Service
- Damages from loss of data due to server failures or data corruption
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) $100 USD or (b) the total amount you paid to ZinAIStudio in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Section 11
Termination
By you: You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Upon account deletion, all your projects and files will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
- We are required to do so by law
- Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
- Continued operation would pose a risk to other users or our systems
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability) shall survive.
Section 12
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at legal@zinaistudio.com.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring claims in small claims court. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
