- To generate your videos — your uploaded audio is transcribed by AI, matched to stock footage, and assembled into a final video

- To improve our AI models — anonymized usage patterns help us improve transcription accuracy and scene matching (never your raw audio)
- To detect and prevent fraud — protecting your account and our platform from misuse

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not share your audio files or generated videos with third parties except where strictly necessary to operate the service (e.g., stock footage APIs).
Google Sign-In (OAuth)
ZinAIStudio offers "Continue with Google" as a sign-in option, powered by Google OAuth 2.0. When you choose this option:
- You are redirected to Google's secure login page — we never see your Google password
- Google shares only your name, email address, Google account ID, and profile picture with us
- We store your Google account ID to link your ZinAIStudio account to your Google identity
- We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts, or any other Google data
- You can revoke ZinAIStudio's access at any time from your Google Account permissions
ZinAIStudio's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Third-Party Services
To deliver our service, we integrate with the following third-party providers. Each has its own privacy policy:

- Access control — your projects and files are only accessible to your account; other users cannot access your content
- File isolation — each project's files are stored in an isolated directory linked only to your account ID
- No password for Google users — if you sign in with Google, no password is ever created or stored

Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service:
- Account data — retained until you delete your account
- Uploaded audio files — retained until you delete the project or your account
- Generated videos and clips — retained until you delete the project or your account
- Server logs — retained for up to 90 days for security and debugging purposes
- Billing records — retained for 7 years as required by financial regulations
When you delete a project, all associated files (audio, video clips, subtitles) are permanently removed from our servers. When you delete your account, all your projects, files, and personal data are permanently deleted within 30 days.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right to access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Right to correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to deletion — request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
- Right to portability — request your data in a structured, machine-readable format

You can delete any project and all its files directly from your dashboard at any time — no need to contact us. Account deletion can be requested through your account settings.
